MB Bank (Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank) is currently among the top 5 largest and most reputable banks in Vietnam, often ranking 2nd-3rd among joint-stock commercial banks thanks to its advantages in asset size, digital transformation, and high business efficiency.

The problem

MB Bank faced several constraints:

  • Customer data could not be transferred to external cloud systems due to security and compliance policies.
  • Sales and Marketing teams could not extract timely, strategic insights from on-premise data.
  • The Data Analytics (DA) team carried the burden of generating reports and cross-departmental analysis manually.
