Q.01What if my engineer rolls off mid-project?+
Two-week handover, paired on live PRs with replacement. We don’t bill for the overlap. Average tenure is 14 months — rolloffs are rare.
Q.02Do you handle SBV / SOC 2 / HIPAA / GDPR controls?+
Yes. We’re SOC 2 Type II as a firm. SBV-compliant deployments for Vietnamese banking. SCC + DPA for EU. BAA for HIPAA. Engineer machines are FDE + MDM by default.
Q.03Can I hire one engineer, or do I have to take a team?+
One is fine. Most engagements start as one or two engineers. If you want a full pod (4–8) with a tech lead, that’s SVC.02 — AI Product Development.
Q.04How do you handle IP and source code?+
You own everything. Engineers commit directly to your repo, your IP. Standard work-for-hire under SOW. We don’t reuse your code, models, or data.
