Commun1ty: social marketplace for local neighborhoods

CoderPush helped Commun1ty move from early marketplace concept to a more polished local community product using fast development cycles and real user feedback.

Commun1ty is an innovative social marketplace designed for neighborhoods and local communities in Singapore. The platform aims to support community creation and growth by providing a free-to-use space where members can connect with real people nearby, build genuine relationships, discover local events, engage in conversations, and explore neighborhood-specific offerings.

The problem

Commun1ty needed a flexible and efficient development approach to quickly bring its community-focused vision to life. The platform required a solution that could be launched fast, refined continuously, and shaped by real user feedback while still delivering a meaningful and engaging experience for local communities.

What we built

CoderPush focused on a strong MVP-driven development process by:

  • Guiding the product from MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to MLP (Minimum Lovable Product).
  • Applying a high-ownership approach to lead product development from early stages.
  • Using rapid development iterations to deliver features quickly.
  • Collecting and incorporating real-world user feedback to continuously adapt and refine the product.

Engineering shape

  • Community & Social Marketplace Platforms
  • MVP & MLP Product Development
  • Rapid Iteration & User Feedback Loops
  • Mobile App & Backend Development

Result

Commun1ty moved from an early marketplace idea toward a stronger local community product, using rapid delivery and real-world feedback to improve the experience from MVP toward a more lovable release.
